POJISTNÉ PLNĚNÍ A PARAMETRY ZOBECNĚNÉHO ZDROJE FINANCOVÁNÍ

Příspěvek je věnován problematice hodnocení pojistného plnění jako zdroje financování podnikatelských aktivit. Navazuje na studie provedené v minulosti a konstatuje současný stav, kdy pojistné plnění se v odborné literatuře hlavního proudu teorie firemních financí jako zdroj financování prakticky nevyskytuje. Příspěvek analyzuje klíčové faktory, které prameny v charakteristikách zdrojů financovaní používají a hodnotí míru, v jaké jim pojistné plnění vyhovuje. Srovnává také vybrané zdroje financování s pojistným plněním i co do jejich objemu (velikost zdroje). Všechna aplikovaná kritéria podporují stanovisko, že není důvod ignorovat pojistné plnění jako zdroj financování podnikatelských aktivit.Příspěvek je věnován problematice hodnocení pojistného plnění jako zdroje financování podnikatelských aktivit. It builds on studies conducted in the past and notes the current situation in which claim paid is in the literature of mainstream theory of corporate finance as a source of financing practically absent. The paper analyzes the key factors in the characteristics of the sources of funding sources used and assess the extent to which the claim paid suits them. It compares the selected sources of funding to the claim paid as well as to the volume (size of source). All criteria applied supported the wiev that there is not reason to ignore the claim paid as a source of financing of business activities

Comparison of Euroregions on the Czech-Slovak Territory in the Context of EU Cross-border Cooperation

Import 02/11/2016Hlavním cílem předkládané práce je porovnání euroregionů na česko-slovenském území. Práce je uvedena teoretickými východisky přeshraniční spolupráce v Evropské unii. Definuje regionální politiku EU a v jejím rámci přeshraniční spolupráci. Další kapitola se zaměřuje na charakteristiku euroregionů se zaměřením na euroregiony na česko-slovenské hranici. Poslední obsahová kapitola je věnována analýze a komparaci vybraných euroregionů, pomocí socio-ekonomických ukazatelů a činností euroregionů v rámci projektových aktivit.The primary aim of the thesis is a comparison of Euroregions on the Czech-Slovak territory. Thesis starts with theoretical basis for cross-border cooperation in the European Union. Defines EU Regional Policy and within cross-border cooperation. Next chapter focuses on the characteristics of Euroregions with a focus on Euroregions on the Czech-Slovak border. Hlavním důvodem je růst objemu veřejných výdajů, rostoucí váha veřejných výdajů na HDP, zvyšující se podíl transferů na celkových veřejných výdajích. Po stručném teoretickém vymezení porovnává práce vládní výdaje v České a Slovenské republice. Komparace byla provedena dle metodiky Evropského systému národních a regionálních účtů (ESA 95) a klasifikace funkcí vládních institucí (COFOG).The analysis of public expenditure development is the current problem of many countries. The main reason is the growth of public expenditure, increasing the weight of public expenditure in GDP, increasing the share of transfers in total public expenditure. A brief theoretical definition compares the work of government spending in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Failures of the national policy for sustainable development of Bulgaria – economic dimensions

Bulgaria is a member of the EU since 2007. The country has issues with its economic policy, which issues could have negative impact over the EU’s policies as a whole. When the economic policy of a Member State is blemished by a systematic strategic misconceptions, it is necessary this to be analyzed in depth. The debate, about the future of the EU after BREXIT and the concept about multi-speeded Europe is consequence of the efficiency of the economic and political systems in each individual Member States. Economic challenges arising by the failure of Bulgarian’s national policy for sustainable development for the period 2000-2015, are examined in this publication. In terms of the economic globalization and energy and ecological regulations, remedies for the identified strategic misconceptions are proposed. Rozdielne cesty tranzitívnej spravodlivosti – prípady Českej republiky, Slovenska a Poľska

Článok sa zabýva problematikou tranzitívnej spravodlivosti vo vybraných krajinách strednej Európy. Diskutuje vzťah medzi spôsobom demokratickej tranzície a spôsobom a tempom tranzitívnej spravodlivosti. Hlavní pozornosť je venovaná analýze a komparácii tranzitívnej spravodlivosti v troch stredoeurópskych krajinách – Českej republike, Poľsku a Slovensku.Článek se zabývá problematikou tranzitivní spravedlnosti ve vybraných zemích střední Evropy. Diskutuje vztah mezi způsobem demokratické tranzice a způsobem a tempem tranzitivní spravedlnosti. Hlavní pozornost je věnována analýze a komparaci tranzitivní spravedlnosti ve třech středoevropských zemích – České republice, Polsku a Slovensku.The paper deals with the issue of transitional justice in selected East-Central European countries. The relation between the mode of democratic transition and the means and pace of transitional judicial processes is discussed. Towards authoritarianism. Internal situation in the Slovak Republic (1994-1998)

This article discusses the internal situation of the Slovak Republic in the years 1994-1998, the period in which the country was governed by the coalition of Movement for Democratic Slovakia, the Slovak National Party and the Slovak Workers’ Association, and the prime minister was Vladimir Meciar. The main objective of the research was to analyse the actions undertaken by the coalition government in the context of violations of civil and political rights and freedoms, which could indicate an authoritarian way of exercising power and the dismantling of a democratic state of law. In the analysed period, the role of the parliamentary and nonparliamentary opposition was marginalised, the role of the media limited, the rights of national and ethnic minorities violated. There was also an ongoing, sharp conflict between Prime Minister Vladimir Meciar and President Michal Kovac. The effect of this governance was the union of almost all political forces and seizure of power after the elections in 1998. In order to answer the research questions, the author used the method of institutional and legal analysis, decision analysis and the statistical method. The research confirmed the hypothesis that, against the background of other Visegrad Group countries, the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary, in the case of Slovakia there were many instances of human rights violations in the period analysed. This led to the drastic deterioration of bilateral relations with many countries and the slowdown of Slovakia’s accession to the North Atlantic Alliance and the European Union

Slovenská rekodifikace insolvenčního práva: několik lekcí pro Českou republiku (a jedna sázka na divokou kartu) / Slovakia's New Bankuptcy Law and Lessons for the Czech Republic [available in Czech only]

Dne 9. prosince 2004 přijala Slovenská republika zákony o konkurze a reštrukturalizácii a o správcoch, které byly vyhlášeny pod čísly 7/2005 Z.z. a 8/2005 Z.z. Stalo se tak necelých osmnáct měsíců poté, co vláda Slovenské republiky schválila v červenci 2003 legislativní záměr rekodifikace slovenského insolvenčního práva. Impozantní rychlost postupu legislativních prací však není jediným ani hlavním důvodem, proč by se český zákonodárce a česká odborná veřejnost měli s novou slovenskou právní úpravou úpadku pozorně seznámit.bankruptcy; law; efficiency
